Jai Ghusmeshwar Lok Seva Sansthan (JGLSS) is deeply grateful for your donation and support towards our mission of global welfare, social service, environmental protection, animal care (Go Seva Ashram), and various community development programs.

As a non-profit, charitable organization, all donations received are directly utilized for the stated objectives and ongoing permanent activities of the Sansthan (such as Health Camps, Cultural Programs, Nasha Mukti Kendra, Old Age Home, Guru Prasad Vedic Gurukulam, Computer Training Centre, and Gaushala/Go Seva Ashram).

Therefore, JGLSS maintains a general policy of NO REFUND for any donations made.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following limited and exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: If the donor has accidentally made two or more identical or multiple donations due to a technical error.
• Incorrect Amount: If the donor made an entry error and donated an amount significantly larger than intended.
• Fraudulent Transaction: If a donation was made without the donor’s knowledge or consent.

Refund Request Procedure

For a refund request under the above exceptional circumstances, the donor must follow these steps:

• Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of the donation.
• Contact Method: The request must be sent via email to the official contact address of JGLSS.
• Required Information: The email must clearly state the reason for the refund and include the following details:
• Full Name of the Donor
• Date and Time of the Donation
• Exact Donation Amount
• Payment Method (e.g., Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking)
• Transaction Reference Number/Donation ID
• A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request (e.g., “Duplicate Payment”)

Review and Processing

JGLSS will review the refund request and may seek further information or supporting documentation from the donor.

The organization reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion, especially if the funds have already been utilized for a charitable cause.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original source of the payment within 10 to 15 business days.

Any fees charged by the bank or payment gateway for the transaction (and/or the reversal) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
